Cancellation Policy. As a courtesy to our guests and technicians, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
Product Returns. Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Therefore, product exchanges are allowed or you will receive a store credit for the products returned within 30 days of the original purchase. Final sales apply to styling tools with a warranty from the manufacturer.
Gratuity. If you feel appropriate, gratuity is always appreciated and it can be added to your bill.
Gift Cards. Gift card purchases are non-refundable, however we are happy to transfer them.
Pets in the Salon. For the safety and to meet sanitation requirements, we ask that you leave your pets at home when visiting our salon.
Children in our Salon. At Halo Coiffure, we love children. We welcome our guests to bring their children to our salon. If children are not having a service, we ask that they are accompanied by an attending adult. This is for their safety and as a courtesy to our other guests.
